I had a pleasant stay at The Sofia Hotel, appreciating its prime downtown location and comfortable room. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I encountered a minor issue with the television. However, I did find the room a bit on the smaller side, and it would have been nice to have more amenities available since Currant Restaurant was closed during my visit.

The hotel had good facilities, such as refillable water stations and complimentary snacks at the front desk. However, the absence of a full-service restaurant was a downside for me.

I had a sensational stay at The Sofia Hotel, enjoying its beautiful architecture and great value for money. The staff was welcoming and really made my experience special, especially Eliza and Marta, who were both incredibly helpful. However, my room was a bit smaller than expected, which could be an issue for some guests who prefer more space.

My mini suite had a cozy sitting area and a recently renovated bathroom. The mattress and variety of pillows made for a great night's sleep, though I did find the overall room size smaller than I anticipated.

I enjoyed my stay at The Sofia Hotel, appreciating its unique historic charm and prime downtown location. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, which made my experience more pleasant. However, I did notice the absence of a restaurant or bar at the moment, but I learned they are renovating that space. Overall, it felt like a cozy retreat amidst the bustling city, though the room size was somewhat small, which might not suit everyone's preference.

During my stay at The Sofia Hotel, I appreciated the cozy charm of the historic hotel and the friendly, helpful staff. However, I was disappointed by some aspects, like the stale odor in my room and unexpected construction noise late at night. Despite these issues, the prime downtown location made it easy for me to explore nearby attractions.

While the location in downtown San Diego made it easy to access local attractions, the noise levels from nearby facilities were incredibly disruptive. I also encountered issues with the bathroom size and overall room comfort, which dampened my visit.
